Carlos M. Turner of RE/MAX SELECT makes Top 250 NAHREP List

The leader of The Turner Group and one of the shining stars of RE/MAX SELECT, Carlos M. Turner has been recognized by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals for 2019 in the United States. Not only did Carlos make it into the Top 250, but he made it into the Top 50 and settled in at number 44. In its eighth year of publication, the NAHREP report recognizes agents whose hard work and dedication has led them to close an outstanding number of transactions in an effort to increase the rate of sustainable Hispanic homeownership in communities across the country. These agents represent a combined total of 25,552 units in closed transaction sides from January 2018 through December 2018 and over $6.67 billion in total aggregate volume.


This year’s honorees were selected from over 1,000 self-nominated agents, a testament to the prestige of the award. In addition to the highest-ranked agents based on transaction sides, this year’s report examines several additional categories among the candidates, including agents by team, distribution by geographic regions, such as the South, Northeast, West, Midwest, and Texas.



Carlos has been distinguished with several awards, designations, and certifications starting with designations of ABR, AHWD, CRS, e-PRO, GREEN, MRP, PSA, RENE, SFR. His recent RE/MAX awards include 2017 Platinum and 2018 Titan. Carlos is an active member of the Rotary club in Union, NJ, an organization that encourages members to find ways to give back to the community. He is also a Marine Corps veteran and an active fireman who is part of a special operations team within the department.


Along with his impressive real estate statistics, Carlos is a freethinker and an innovator. Over the past year, he has developed a technology called TrakStreet. A CRM that is managed by his ISA's to follow up with leads and keep his team accountable to help raise conversion rates through his BUYERconnect & SELLERconnect platform. A third part to the equation is DOORconnect; a geographical mapping software that was developed only for Carlos to help his team members keep track of the doors that they are knocking on. The features include icons changing specific statuses of the properties, putting detailed notes to include a line by line items for repairs, take photos, save documents and much more.
